dc.description.abstract	A great land-slip occurred along the river in the Værdalen valley (east of the Trondhjemsfjord) on the 19th of May 1893. Mr. Werenskiold has analysed the earths, clay and sand, from the landslip-region, and on basis of this analysis and of his owns observations in the devasted neigbourhood. Mr. Helland discusses the best mode of cultivating it again.
